FlowPro provides managed AI automation services, including AI voice assistants, appointment scheduling, invoice management, and follow-up automation. Our Services are designed for UK small and medium-sized businesses.

2. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: Our Services are offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing. Pricing is displayed on our website and may vary by package tier.

Payment: You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Payments are processed via Stripe.

Free Trials: We may offer free trials. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected subscription.

Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Use our Services to spam, harass, or abuse others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

5. AI Services and Limitations

AI Disclosure: Our Services use AI-powered assistants. Customers interacting with our AI will be informed that they are speaking with an AI, not a human.

No Guarantees: While we strive for accuracy, AI systems may make errors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or performance metrics.

Human Oversight: You maintain governance and oversight over your AI assistant. We provide approval gates for critical actions.

Results Vary: Business outcomes depend on many factors. Past performance of other clients does not guarantee your results.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided through our Services are owned by FlowPro or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP without permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you provide (e.g., business information, call scripts). You grant us a licence to use your content to provide our Services.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend Services for:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
  • Emergency repairs or security updates
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations

Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowPro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to Services will cease. We may delete your data after a retention period.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlowPro.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor entity.
